WHAT A WASTE OF A DAY!

Well!, where do I start?

Saturday, ventured into the city (no, no no, not London), to purchase a secondary iphone.

Left home a 10.45am, (queued for nearly 45 minutes) and went direct to o2 store.  Great, they have iphone in stock, negotiated tariffs, now ready to set up direct debit (incidentally, I have been a long standing customer with o2 for many years).  Could not remember account number, but had bank card and sort number, address of bank etc, but they were having none of it.  1pm decide to return home and gathered information.  3.30pm return to o2 (queued for 32 minutes), only to be informed that they were completely out of iphones, but advised that Apple (4 minutes walk) will have stocks available.  4.15pm Apple store, advised “yes, we have stocks”.  Great!.  Oh no – advised “you must have two forms of ID, one with address and a card”.  The rest is history……….. What a waste of a day!

HECTIC WEEKEND

Gooosh, absolutely shattered. Really hectic weekend. Any recommendations for staying awake?

GOOD OLD TAVISTOCK

Tired to the max.

Slipped away to Brown’s Hotel (Tavistock), and had a wonderful refreshing time.

Staff were magnificant and truly welcoming.  Food was absolutely stupendous, rooms extremely tasteful with a touch of home.

Definitely a must.
